Michele Carney brings to Waterdog over 25 years of experience in marketing and customer service across both the corporate and hospitality sectors. Her career is rooted in a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, efficient administrative support, and building meaningful, long-term client relationships.

She began her career in the Financial Services industry as a Sales Assistant and later as an Event Planner, where she supported executives and clients while coordinating conferences, training sessions, and sales-incentive trips, traveling extensively throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean. Seeking a better work-life balance and a more people-centered environment, Michele transitioned into the hospitality industry, where service excellence and operational detail are essential. There, she held key roles in Management, Marketing, and Public Relations for several high-profile restaurants in the Philadelphia area, with a strong emphasis on organization, communication, and guest satisfaction.

Over time, Michele focused her expertise on Administration and Marketing, combining structured administrative oversight with strategic marketing support. She excels at managing day-to-day business functions, improving internal processes, coordinating communications, and supporting marketing initiatives that help small business owners stay organized, responsive, and positioned for growth. Her ability to blend behind-the-scenes efficiency with customer-facing professionalism allows clients to focus on what they do best…running their businesses.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys gardening, baking, and exploring the rich variety of food offered by the fantastic restaurants in the Philadelphia area.
