We offer a $50 referral payment for any business client you refer to us who, after qualification, is determined to be a Managed Service prospect. A Managed Service prospect is a business interested in our Managed or Co-Managed Service plans and has at least 10 users/devices. For referrals with fewer than 10 users/devices, the referral fee is $25.
Additionally, we offer a $500 referral bonus for any referred business with 10 or more users/devices that becomes a Managed or Co-Managed Services client and remains active for 61 days after onboarding. For businesses with fewer than 10 users/devices that become clients under those same terms, the referral bonus is $250.

Referral fees or compensation will only be paid if all of the following conditions are met:
- The referring individual is not prohibited by their employer (whether by contract, code of conduct, or policy) from receiving personal compensation in connection with referrals;
- The referral does not involve any government entity, public-sector contract, healthcare organization, or other regulated industry where such compensation may be deemed a conflict of interest or violate anti-kickback, procurement, or ethics laws; and
- Any payment made to the referring individual is properly documented and reported in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations, including issuance of IRS Form 1099 where required.
Provider reserves the right to request written confirmation of eligibility or compliance with these conditions prior to making any payment.
