Janette is a bookkeeper with over 5 years of experience managing books and financial tasks for MSP providers. She holds a ConnectWise Finance Certification and has extensive experience with both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Janette’s passion for finance and technology led her to ConnectWise Manage, where she managed both operational and financial tasks. Janette’s expertise in ConnectWise Manage allows her to understand our needs and adapt to shifting IT trends, minimizing frustrations and maximizing productivity. She leverages her technical skills and strong work ethic to achieve superior results and brings a unique perspective to her work.
